First Pattern Jungle Boots

Early example of the jungle boots that appeared with 1944 pattern clothing. Differing from the later type in that they are in brown canvas and have standard lace eyelets, not speed lacing. Officers SD trousers in an unusual cut, almost like the plus four type but with a full leg, more in the ski or sports trousers style with buttoned flaps over the pockets, tapering leg with foot styrups and buckle waist adjusters.
