War Aid Battledress, Grenadier Guards

Large size BD of US manufacture, typical officer style modified collar with originally fitted insignia for a Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards, woven shoulder titles, and formation sign for Guards Armoured Division, only one sign remains but you can see where the other one was. Medal ribbons attached for Italy and France & Germany Stars, 39-45 War Medal. Label inside and marked as size 18. Some loose threads, some replaced buttons, small hole in right elbow, small moth damage but nothing too visible. A good used example.
